I saw more movement this time - and saw the adult remove a piece of shell from the nest.
We definitely have a hatch here!

I think the adult was either offering a bit of food or touching beaks to check the little one's readiness to feed - there was movement, but looking through my pics to find it is more than I can do while I'm at work. I'd check the Maine forum (link to earlier video by PeggyJean) or the BirdCam forum (link to a picture posted by kittenface) to see if anyone posts a video of the interaction.

Two pics that show the break in the egg. I saw it earlier but was not sure if it was eaglet or bedding. So I marked it. I am so very very happy that this little one is here.....

That sure looks like a hatch to me!! I'm so happy for this pair who lost their triplets last year in a freak late snow storm!! I've watched this nest through many seasons and am always glad to see a new chicklet here!
