I have been wondering all day???? 1 egg, 2 eggs, a hatch?????? This picture from the still cam clearly shows two eggs in the egg cup. So glad to know this.

It has been a peaceful afternoon. The eggs have been tended to several times this afternoon and the eagles have switched place at least twice. So glad we have warmer weather ahead of us for about 7 days.

LaughGrin Theoretically: From the first peck to leave I could take three days, and to be a normal chick.

March 25, 2010 Frosty overnight temps in the teens. It is warming to high 40's today.

6:33 eagles switch
6:49 both eagles on the nest. One is incubating and the other is on the fence at 4/5
7:00 to 7:44 eagle is snoozing head tucked into back feathers.

They look quite cold and it is a frosty morning there. There may have been ground fog after the warmer day yesterday.

A couple of people on the BirdCam forum thought they saw movement. So did I. And both parents were very intently looking into the nest bowl. Fingers crossed.
