Are they all watching the traffic on the road below the nest

I've sent an email to the CVWMA asking if there is a contact person should one of the chicks be in distress. I'll post the information if I hear back from them.
11:21 am
Mom is home and all the chicks immediately huddled in front of her.
I notice that she has one white feather sticking out of her right wing.

Cam frozen and when it started again the chicks are being fed.

7:06 pm
Mom just left.
The three chicks are huddled getting a bit wet in the light rain that is falling.
No surprise it's raining in Creston --- I'm 70 miles away and we've had two or three storm fronts move through here today

7:36 pm
The flies and mosquitoes seem to be bothering the chicks. They keep rubbing their heads against their shoulder feathers and shaking their heads to get rid of them.
Meanwhile the smallest chick is busy trying to crawl under his sibling to be brooded.

Yesterday, between roughly 6-7.30 pm nest time & prior to rain, smallest chick appeared very stressed & disturbed. Couldn’t rest, constantly calling, laboured breathing & panting with beak open. Frequent sneezing & chewing fiercely on nesting material. My impression was that he probably wasn’t going to make it…
The rain did appear to quiet him down somewhat. Then food arrived & biggest chick drove the others to nest edge, quite precariously at times, especially for the smallest & he did not eat. Then I had to go to bed.
Cam is constantly freezing on me today but cannot see the smallest chick …

Thanks for your report horse28
The camera appears to be down at the moment.
I hope the little chick is okay. Sometimes the picture breaks up so badly that it's really difficult to see the chicks clearly.

TUESDAY, JULY 20, 2010
The camera is still down this morning.
I'm very anxious to find out what has happened at the nest and whether or not one of the chicks is indeed missing.
I have a number for the wildlife center so I will try to call them later this morning while I'm on my break at work.
Any raptors needing help from this area are usually flown out of the Cranbrook airport to O.W.L. in Delta.
