Mom got up which was likely a mistake on her part as all three O's are now trying to crawl under her. They're getting so big that they're having a tough time trying to fit giggle

The O's are alone all huddled together on the nest this morning. No sign of Ma or Pa.

I haven't decided whether that's a chunk of moss in the middle of the nest or if Dad brought in a piece of sea sponge --- No idea where he's find one unless he stole it from someones trash Titter

This is not a nest that I'm comfortable watching because of all that twine laying on it. It's an accident waiting to happen Help emoFaint

Dad and the fish were off the side of the cam out of view except for a brief glimpse of Dad's wings.
Mom is now feeding the chicks, also out of view of the cam.

FRIDAY, JULY 9, 2010

The camera has been next to impossible to access the last couple of days. It spins forever and won't open.
Today it opened for a moment then froze.
3:59 pm
All three O chicks were standing on the side of the nest. This nest doesn't appear to have a very deep rim around it

July 13th

I'm having no luck getting this cam to come up.

Soph that would be a bonus if you could see the osprey nest on your trip. I have no idea how close it is to the highway since I haven't been there to check it out myself.
