Lessons I have learned today regarding our new home.

1. Here or somewhere else, someone mentioned having to sign in every time they come to the forum. Here is similar to old Media Gallery (if you used it). You have select the length of time to be 'remembered' (max is 1 month).
a) Go to your 'Account Settings' (top right hand side under 'Home', Wildlife News' etc)

b) Click on 'Username and Password'

c) Under 'Password & Email' - go down to 'Remember Me For' with the drop-down box and select '1 month'

2. In the 'Message Center' one can 'Add Friends'.
a) Click on 'Manage Friends' (on left side of page)
b) Click on 'Add User' (n right side of page)
c) Alphabetical list of members comes up (this seems to be the only place it is located)
d) Scroll and select name, and click on 'Add User', then click on 'Submit'

I didn't see 'BBE' there. I did ask why and it seems likely that your own name doesn't appear - which makes sense.

3. 'Custom Profile' in 'Account Settings'. I have posted in Tech Help to ask if one completes some of the info in 'Custom Profile' - does it show if anyone likes on my avatar? Or do you see it; but no one else does. I know this happens in yet another software.

4. Also changed in Account Settings I changed my:
a) time zone in Layout and Languages
b) settings in "Forum Preferences'

Hopefully the 'Discussion Forum (new)' will have a drop-down list soon. I have yet to figure out how to get back from AW to main index ??

Hi Terry, how are you? You have been busy here and missed several leopard sightings on our now 'old' home.

WE 'spiffied up' about 2 -3 weeks ago now.

The WE drive cam has the 'dreaded circling white snake' for me too.

Yes, I can now get part of the way, but still not to the cam. Still errors showing up though.

I always enjoy the changes at the dam.....what a difference a few minutes make!

WE is having a little problem again with getting the signal/sound from the Jika or Jigga (however you want to spell it -- in Shangaan it doesn't matter).

All of you did a great job with narratives and s'caps today (NA time zones).

Herman is in Final Control, it looked like Rexon was presenting, and it is a :question: as to who is going to be on the camera. Earlier, Herman was talking about seeing kitties

I hope those of you that were having problems connecting earlier today have solved them.
