I log in and at 12:27.PM BST - juvie begging for food...



EJ drops in with fish @ 12:55. PM BST - looks like EJ to me!!


juvie takes fish from EJ...

juvie mantles fish, though I think its also in slight defensive mode wings flapping - intruder near by!!





Odin flys in later - juvie's calls has Odin in protective mode...scans above, juvie mantles fish..

!:39.PM BST - Odin stayed till threat passed, then flew off, leaving juvie to eat its meal...I suppose there's lots of ospreys, flying through the area as they're migration starts for many other ospreys...






Odin leaves, seems the threat - passing ospreys overhead - its all clear Odin takes off..

juvie more at ease now, and after Odin left it begins to eat readily -







I'm glad to see EJ and Odin are still there providing fish and protection for their ospie. - juvie is gone now!!

Nice weather.

The setting sun on EJ's feathers, she takes a last look around before leaving the nest.

~ 7:30 pm,

~ Noon BST, 31Mar2011,
EJ does some housekeeping and looks around the area.
Left the nest at 12:07 PM BST.
