three sleepy Osprets!

8:29.pm I peeked in and Amazingly EJ the ever beautiful doting Mama is feeding her chciks, what a grand sight with brilliant sunshine flooding their nest.





all three big chicks were beak fed by Mama

9:10.pm bst - two osprey lay down while other sib feast on fish, grand nest, theyère contented thats for sure..

I took snaps earlier and Loch Garten has another stellar day. Chick enjoying lovely fish, sib drops in looking for a piece, ends up with scraps on the nest...Then flew off for awhile, peeked in again and see one chick nibbling fish and sib laying down - its got up and looking over nest now.

nest was empty for awhile - looks in and lots of landins and take offs. I think whole family was out having a grand time exploring their terriorty. One chick has decided to have a rest and is laying down, almost nodding off.

EJ made rapid stick deliveries, three to be exact and ospie or ospies would take off right behind her, was like a revolving nest door

3:01.pm bst - missed fish drop off - chick mantles it, then gets tucked into meal. other chick looking over nest for scraps as it shrills for food.

3:58.pm bst - Peeked in an one chick continues to eat, while other sib hopes for a bit or left overs. Then intruder near by, chick with no fish lays down fast other keeps eating while watching above nest area, It lays flat too, its fish will have to wait till its all clear.

4:12.pm bst - Chick rises and begins to eat its fish again, other sib moves closer to the fish and manages to snatch whats left of the fish. Then chick takes off, leaving sib to finish the small fish...almost done, its scoffing off the tail end of fish. Shrills for a bit then takes off too.



4:23.pm bst - no ospreys home
