I have been in contact with Jane at Muse Winery, and she has not seen the eagles back in their nest territory yet. She will let me know as soon as she sees them. Soon fingers crossed

I went by the winery this afternoon and just as I was coming down the hill an adult eagle flew over the road towards the water. I went down to the beach but didn't see it or the other one. They have been around but not actively building up their nest yet.
