First 'exchange' I've seen today. Not sure if this is the same eagle or not so I put before and after scaps.

How are we going to tell these 2 apart?

Eagle that has been there since before 7am:

Leaving the nest

Empty nest, with 3 eggs!

FYI: The nest was unattended for a little over 2 minutes this morning around 6:46 AM. At 7:04 AM the male arrived and tried to assume sitting duties, but she wouldn't let him.

after checking in on and off all day.

According to my 'insider information' there might have been an exchange around 7AM this morning as the nest was left unattended for just under a minute.
