Hi All: an urgent need has arisen with regards to one of the TV films we are cooperating with. We need to photograph with HD video an eagle nest where the camera position is almost even with or slightly above the nest level. We need to shoot images of the adult eagles approaching the nest. The camera can be 300 - 500 feet away but the angle is important. This is to be a lead-in to some of our shots where the adults are seen flying into the nest and then we can cut to our cam closeups. Any stage of the young will do.

The attached photo I took a few years ago on the Island, perhaps near Qualicum Beach, BC, but I cannot remember the landowner. This would be a great place and is plenty close and yet the camerman's presence does not interfere with the eagles.

Is the landower or someone who remembers this nest able to contact me??? If you have a similar shot available please contact me via karen@hancockwildlife.org

Many thanks.
