Any idea why the last video (David Hancock Interview) I uploaded to YouTubePublicity won't play? The problem started when I tried to add a thumbnail (because I don't like the default thumbnail). I deleted everything and uploaded again, but if you try to play it, you get a hyper link to "download" and there's nothing to download.

Before yesterday, everything uploaded and played ??

I've always had trouble viewing media gallery videos, but they usually download and play. I tried your video from the 15th, and that seemed to be working as expected (though I didn't wait for the download). I tried the one from today (the 18th) and got a file not found when I clicked Download. I'll pass this on to Richard, but as you know he's got a lot going on right now.

I'm have Windows XP and using Explorer and when I click on the video from the 18th, I got the player but it just says "Ready" on the bottom left corner and nothing plays (tried stop/play button a couple of times).

I right-clicked and checked "properties" and it says that the length = 0.00 :-(

No idea what could be wrong :dunno:

The one from the 17th does the same thing but the White Rock one plays for me but it takes a while to load (slow machine)

I think there's a missing piece of software that Richard is going to install --

The Media Gallery is now fixed, thanks to Richard. I uploaded to videos today, and everything is fine. Thanks, Richard! We know you are incredibly busy just now, and yet you found the time to work on this problem. Probably when you should have been sleeping.

I have been unable to connect to the video servers for the Sydney eagles. Had no problem earlier this yer, but have had no luck for weeks. Just get black screen, but see the seconds ticking off, but no image. I miss the eagles...HELP!

Hi!

A few questions:

What operating system do you have?
What browser are you using?
Do you have an ad - blocker running?
Do you have the latest version of Flash?
On what website are you trying to watch?
Is it just the Hancock EagleCams that you are having problems with?

Let's start there

Edited to add: I'm not a techie but I just thought of something -- the new tablet-type computers don't run Flash I've heard. And the cams run Flash
