I just lost the Delta #2 cam again. The only thing coming up on my screen is a little box saying Get Adobe Flash Player - which I have. I'm watching another cam through Flash right now. I've refreshed 3 times to no avail, but I'm about to try again. Nope - didn't work.
NEVER MIND - SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I decided to try reloading Adobe Flash and it worked. Not sure why it quit in one application but not another, but it was a glitch. Phew!
That happens to me at least once aday!
If you ever find out why - pass it on
Happens to sharon/gemini,too!
I came for the eagles, and stayed for the friends I made

Just a quick note to let all members know that the "attachments per post" has been cut back to one instead of the previous three.
It seems we are overloading our website with pictures which is causing the forum to crash.
As a side note --- we are in hatch watch at our Delta2 and Sidney nests this week. If you see anything happening on these nests we would love it if you would posts to the discussion thread for each of these nests.
Delta#2 had it's first hatch of the season yesterday.

I'm getting the "connection timeout - Internet or Server disconnected" message on the Delta cam.

The web cam at Lafarge is wobbling so much it is making people dizzy .This has been going on for awhile.
I know the cam is PTZ mounted on the "sand tower. Is there any reason for this wobble?

The "sand tower" is used to transfer sand and gravel from barges to holding piles - my guess is that it was running - big machinery = big vibrations.
The tree also blows in the wind and it has been windy - it is, after all, on the waterfront.

I'm not able to connect to Lafarge.
Richard?

It's back - a mere 3 seconds after I posted.
You are good, Richard!
And thanks for explaining what a "sand tower" is - I'm learning a lot about concrete factories here!

Oops - spoke too soon. Looks as if it's stuck again, though at least now it's stuck with a pic of an eagle, instead of a black screen.

Richard,
I have been unable to get the Lafarge cam to come in for the past couple hours. It goes through the process of buffering then the message you see in the picture
