I got home about an hour ago to discover we have a video stream. Image is small, but it is an image. Black bag still there but a bit to the back side. Maybe won't cause problems with the eggs if it stays there, but still foresee problems for chicks.
EnMax has this posted above the image so hopefully we will have a larger view soon.
Live Camera
While we troubleshoot the technical issues we're experiencing with our high quality video stream we have temporarily enabled this video of the Osprey nest. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
It looks like Mom has two eggs. The size of the image (which I doubled) and the shadows make it difficult to be sure. Of course, do not know when the second was laid, but I'm guessing yesterday afternoon/evening

A better image of the two eggs. (The bag is blowing back on Mom and eggs again)

I just got back to watching - had chores to do. The plastic bag is gone! Did any one see what happened? Please post, pictures too if you have them.

Did some checking. EnMax did retrieve the bag. Wouldn't you know it was while I was outside doing garden chores!
Another interesting event occurred yesterday evening on CBC radio regarding the nest and the bag

if you want to listen to it.

EnMax uses one of their Cherry Pickers to reach the nest. They use one every year when they band the chicks.

The parent (sorry, don't know which one) appeared to be defending the nest. The wings were outstretched and darting about.
That was Mom and she actually was "flirting/inviting" Dad to come play - well indulge in some sex would be more accurate
If there is to be a third egg, it is due today or at the latest tomorrow.

, I am glad for the eggs and of which the human residues disappear (plastic Stock market). We hope that a third egg arrives.
