Thanks Cal...that gives us just that much more information on the "Love Bird Eagles". I see that you also posted the story of the Belize Harpy eagles there too on 2/4!! We seem to be finding the same stories!! Maybe if they are posted in both places some of our members will find them!!

Yes, Mary, it would be nice if we could stimulate added interest and find new members for the forum by posting our findings. We're working at it, huh? Thanks Mary!

OT: I actually found the picture of the Harpy on PlanetGreen because I was following a story, "Boomtown", on my childhood home in ND. I had 2 homes as a child, both Montana and North Dakota.

This story which I saw earlier today on the WCNC home page has been posted on the HWF main page but I thought it belonged here too.

A friend of mine who knows that I love eagles sent me this article and video from a nest in Tierra Verde near Tampa. I got a little teary eyed while watching the video...It's a nice story of an eaglet's first flight.!!
