Think maybe the eagles were taking a siesta early this afternoon?

Part 1 of 3
I caught a small video clip a little before 10:00am this morning of a Juvie dominance action. Had to leave and just now have had time to review and capture excerpts from the clip.
Juvie One was perched on a clump of branches just looking about. Juvie Two appears on the far side of the tree branches, peered about and then hopped up on the branches. He assumed a very submissive posture, head down, eyes on his feet. He stayed that way for a minute or two and when nothing happened, straightened up and looked about.

Part 2 of 3
Wrong thing to do. Juvie One took offense at his branches being invaded and launched himself at Juvie Two.

Good Grief Charlie Brown - This gull must think its a Mallard. It has to be the same one as yesterday. Maybe it was raised in a Mallard nest?

Mallards don't eat fish but perhaps the gull is waiting for the ducks to stir one up

Glad you were watching BET, I 'recognised them' from your previous comments. They are quite the trio.
I came for the eagles, and stayed for the friends I made
