Welcome to BEV DAY from O.W.L. - the Orphaned WildLife Rehabilitation Society - who has so generously donated her time and skills to helping our Delta eaglets.

She rescued both Dan (in 2008) and Bandit (in 2009) when they fell from the Delta1 nest. Bev also kept an eye on Dan's sister DeltaDawn during her initial flights as a fledgling.

Has anyone at O.W.L. seen the raccoon that is taking over the O.W.L. Eagle nest?
He is very comfy there again today.

Has anyone at O.W.L. seen or hear the eagles lately? I haven't for days.

Bev Day emailed me to say that she saw Ma bringing mud to the nest on Saturday.
Sunday she didn't see either Ma or Pa.
Monday morning she saw the raccoon hiding behind the trunk of the tree.
She may get hold of someone at Critter Care for some advice on how to entice him to leave the area without bringing any harm to him. He is rather cute Smile
