Looks like another extremely windy day in Delta.
No eagles seen or heard yet today.

8:32 am
Adult on the nest. This looks like Mom.

8:34 am
She's standing in one spot -- not doing any nestorations.
Can see the tree swaying in the wind and her feathers are blowing about.

8:36 am
Mom flew off headed to the right of the nest.

I was jsut checking the site. has the nest been repaired yet by eagle or man???

Hi Bev
The hole in the nest is the same as before. It looks as if the eagles have moved the bowl over a bit to the right of where it was originally.

No one is going to repair the nest -- It's up to the eagles to decide whether or not they'll fix it.

Eagle in the nest. She(?) has been there for a few minutes, arrived with a stick and spent a bit of time arranging it.

And now away.

Quick in and out - not sure if he/she brought a stick, but s/he adjusted one and then left.

11:33 am
Back again. Now perched on the branch on the right.
Looks windy, the nest appears to be swaying with the breeze (though it's more likely the cam that's moving)

12:20 pm
The eagle stayed perched there quite a while - didn't make a note of when I noticed it had gone.
There was another quick in and out at 12:20 - I never seem to look fast enough to know if they're bringing sticks.

3:51PM w/a eagle in and moving a stick, -- gone now short visit!

5;14PM OUT... the wind is very noisy so I'm not going to go to the I-R cam today

Hi O.W.L. people you know I watch ma and pa Delta just as much as ma and pa Sidney. I just loved Bandit last season he was a beauty & my favourit eaglet
I watched him grow.
