2:03 Feeding time. Adult is making sure both chicks get food. Smile

Looks like one chick is pushing the other over with its beak. This is not just happening in a struggle to get food; it's happening when the adult is getting more food ready.

More feeding!
My s'caps didn't work! Sad

Both eaglets were fed
The younger, wobblier one was on the right
I only saw a few bites being fed to each before
Ma sat back on the nest

2:10 okay kids, nap time again. chicks are getting more "squirmy" so the adult had to tuck them under her.

Mom is back to brooding.

Was a very nice feeding and saw abit of sibling
rivalry too but both letts got a few pieces of the meal
so it was all thumbs up.
At times it looked like Mom offered some too big of pieces
to the letts Titter

Collage of the feeding

2:50 pm
Ma was up enough to see the eaglets
beneath her
She was not feeding them now

She was sitting near tree trunk, facing 10:00,
eaglets in front of her breast area
One eaglet clearly visible here, second
is hunched over and beneath a branch

3:12 pm
Adult is off the nest and in right screen at 2:00
and the eaglets are clearly visible.
Eaglets are sitting side-by-side.

3:14 pm
Adult brought food (bird, wings) in right corner of screen
Feeding starts with that new prey
It appears that the eaglet on the right is
getting all of the food. The eaglet on the
left does not appear to be facing the adult.

3:15 pm
The adult comes over to the position
at 8:00 and may be trying to feed the
second eaglet, not sure

3:15 pm
Feeding ends and adult resumes brooding
on the nest, facing 2:00, then 12:00
