6:35 Up off the eggs, stretch the wings, fan the tail feathers. Thanks to The Branch, couldn't see much. Prayed for wind but it didn't happen. I could see one egg and it appeared to be intact still. then the adult rolled the eggs and settled back down.

6:38 up off the nest. thank you Wind... eggs look perfect still. After a full minute, an adult returns to the nest and sits with its back to us, Eventually, it becomes apparent it's eating.

6 56pm eagle sitting in the nest, it's a little windy tonight.

I was hoping that we would have seen a pip in an egg by now - will have to check in tomorrow. Thanks for the pics and reports everyone.

7:30 birds together in nest. It appears the female is incubating. She is opening her beak as if she's talking to him.

7:33 Looks like he brought her dinner. She gets up and goes over to it.

7:34 She's eating, he might have gone away. Eggs hidden by the branch

7:37 She appears to be eating with gusto! Wings and tail fanning. 2 well-placed leaves conceal the eggs from view

7:39 She's back on the eggs - without giving us a glimpse.

jtw you are doing a great job on 'pip watch'!! this nest is a real challenge to see what's going on.

So was I.. :blink: .. I think that in my next life I will come back as a chair... my body is already 1/2 way to being permanently shaped like one.
