Hi Guys,

You can find a member's posts by using the Search function at the bottom of the page. It opens a page in which you set the parameters you want and then click search!

Use any word that is contained in the post you are looking for in the "Keyword" field. Alternatively, to bring up the majority of the member's posts, use a common word such as "the" for the "Keyword" parameter.

The "Date" field is required.

The "Topic" field is optional

Use "Forum" for the "Type" field (to find posts) or "PM" to list all PM's that were "exchanged between yourself and the Author only." Leave the field blank and you will get posts and PM's.

And of course the "Author" will be the members name whose posts you are looking for.



BTW, I just remembered, my name is not in the authors list! Have no idea how many others may be missing but the list seems quite small.

I'm guessing your name isn't there because you haven't written an article for Wildlife News or posted a comment on one of the articles - we'll need to check with Richard to see how to get those who author posts in the forum to be included in the list.

If you need volunteers to write tutorials, I wouldn't mind taking a stab at it! I have never written formal tutorials before, but I have written "step by step" directions for some of my more computer illiterate friends which they have found helpful.

When you go to compose a PM message - there is a drop down list of all the members there

A more visible member list would be nice. There's also no way of knowing how many members we have -- Is there?

Oh I found it in the Admin Only, Users -- 5416 members and all the names. Not very useful to the general membership.

Question: How do you edit PM's in your Outbox???
