How to Find and View the Archives for the Sidney EagleCam
1. Open up the Sidney EagleCam player.
2. In the upper right-hand corner, you will see the word "Archives". Click on the word "Archives"

3. To see the video marks, click on the "Recent" tab

4. To see the archived segments, click on the "Dates" tab

Note that the Sidney EagleCam stream is archived in 10 minute segments. Under each 10 minute segment is the date and time of the segment (note that the time is Sidney Nest Time).
To go to the next page of archived segments, click on "next" in the bottom right corner.
To go to a previous day's archives, click on the little calendar icon to the right of the words "Choose Date". A calendar will pop up. Click on the date of the archives that you want to see.
To skip ahead to a specific time, click in the little white box to the right of the words "Start Hour". Type in the start hour (note that the time is in the 24 hour clock format e.g. 1 p.m. would be 13)
WARNING:
The archives do not work sometimes. For example, the word "Archives" doesn't always display. If this happens, then close out the player and open it up again. If, after several tries, you cannot get the Archives to come up, then e-mail:
webmaster@wildearth.tv
and explain what steps you followed and what the problem is. Also put which operating system (e.g. Windows XP) that you are using and the browser that you use (e.g. Internet Explorer) in your e-mail.
It is WildEarth that you should contact as they are the ones that are responsible for the archives, not Hancock Wildlife.

Here is the link to the avatar information you were requesting....

Hope that helps .

also, under "Forums" you will see the heading "Welcome", there are several threads to post questions and someone will usually pop in and answer any question that you have. Again, ;I hope this helps you to settle in.
Thanks Sandra, but now I can't find a photo of my dog that is small enough to add.....grrrrrrrrrr

post copied from the Hornby thread...
Quote by: Woodlands BleuThe answer is shrinkpictures.com. You can delete this post later, moderators. It worked great for me. Just tell it the size you want 100x100 and it will do it.

I have brought this Topic out of the archives- for a while - to add an update!
Karen asked Stephanie/The bear Lady:
It's that time of year again when we are wondering how Apollo is doing and if you have any information on him. We really missed being able to see him on camera last winter.
The reply is:
 Hi Karen,
We checked Apollo's den the other day, he seems to have found roomier quarters again this year.
I've attached a photo of me climbing out of his den, could you please post on Hancock's website?
Merry Christmas to you and all Apollo's fans, I pray he is snuggly and warm somewhere, dreaming of his summertime girlfriends (-: Stephanie, The Bear Lady

I agree it was fascinating to watch this bear while we could....and I am ohsograteful, no one is following it with grapes and collars to stay in touch with him. Hopefully he is off being a BEAR and living the good life as a WILD BEAR!!!
Thanks to Stephanie for the update!!! I am sure she is missing his presence as well!!

Thanks Pat and Stephanie! It's good to see Apollo's den, even if it is Stephanie coming out of it instead of Apollo.
I've missed seeing Apollo, but as they say no news is good news, so I hope he's off making baby Spirit bears just like him. (OH...wouldn't that be so cute to see...little Apollo's running around? )
I agree Josephine...let him be the wild bear he was meant to be.
