We've discovered that some of the recent updates to Adobe Flash tend to make our cams freeze, either with a black screen right after the opening ad, or with a view of the cam right after the opening ad.
If that happens, most people are able to get them to continue streaming by either clicking the words "Live Stream" in the upper right corner of the viewing window, or by clicking the orange "stop" button in the lower left, and then the orange "play" triangle that appears after you click the stop button - or occasionally by doing both things.
If that doesn't solve the problem, please check the most recent posts on the Report Cams Down thread - forum/viewtopic.php?showtopic=473 - that's where people post to let us know one of the cameras isn't working correctly, and where we post updates as we receive them. If you normally can view our cams, and haven't installed any updates on your computer recently, the problem may be with the cams. We have noticed that sometimes when there are server issues, those who are watching are able to continue watching, but no one new can connect until the problem is resolved.
