Thanks calypso. I have been watching for evidence of them without success. Have not seen any in Oak Bay yet so that is on the agenda today. I'll swing by Beacon Hill on the way.

Well calypso. No eagle sightings at Beacon Hill this afternoon. Lots of peacocks though Oh MySmile

I haven't seen the eagle myself. It was my husband who reported it to me. I'll keep looking, though. We walk past the totem pole every day on our dog walk.

Those peacocks are everywhere, and they are looking rather ragged.

I think the peacocks are just molting calypso. Smile Sure are a lot of them. I spoke with a fellow who said he saw an eagle the day before too, same day as your hubby.

I was in the park this afternoon and didn't see the eagles anywhere. I checked the cruise ship terminal on my drive from Saxe Pt. Park and there were no eagles in sightSad My park contacts will be giving me an update on the eagles' activities soon.
