7:15 to 7:30 Mom is brooding the eaglets. They are snuggled in front of her. It is breezy here at the moment.

Good morning everyone. I'll try to fill in as I can today Donna.

7:48 Feeding.

7:50 Trying to give the 'let on the left a big piece. That 'let just looked at the one on the right, and she ducked her head into the nest.


8:00 Feeding over and parent leaves the 'lets alone.

8:01 - 8:02 They snuggle up with each other.

8:04 - 8:06 parent comes back to brood and tucks nest material up close. Sure is windy there.

8:04 Mom returns and begins to pull up grasses around the lets. It is 45 degrees and will be windy and rainy off and on today. The high temp will be 59 degrees.

Donna, please feel free to go in and change any of my "parent" notations to whoever it is. I don't feel at all confident enough to do that, unless there's a recent post that has mom or dad in it.

Eaglet when you see dad you will know it. He has a dark spot on his forehead that you will see easily. Mom has smudges on her head from the marsh they say. He is a first time dad and is learning about bringing in food. I have thought that the pantry may not be full because of other young eagles in the area trying to steal some from the nest. He has been a good provider up until the last 3 or so days. I think weather is a factor.
