Mornin' Nanc! Hello thanks so much for the great coverage. Wub I'm kinda sorta awake so ready to take over for you

from feed and Nanc's notes so I can update Summary

6:03 Red leaves
6:10 back with a stick
6:52 she's off again
7:42 she's back with a pigeon
7:44 feeding 1
8:01 feeding is over and there was another pellet expelled
9:22 feeding 2
9:39 feed ends
9:55 BR in with stick

10:20 we're zoomed on BR's back which is to us like usual Laugh not much of a pic to post but I did however get a smooch earlier, this is just after it actually

10:32 that's better, BR hanging out with the kids, it looked for a bit like she was going to cough up a pellet but she didn't. They sure destroyed that pigeon, yeesh!

10:40 she's offering bites again and all 3 got up soooo feeding 3 I guess

10:45 already they're not interested, she was trying to get somebody to take a ridiculously huge piece of chipmunk pelt

10:49 BR left and came right back with another stick, that's 3 already

11:16 BR standing over chicks back to us

12:04 I peeked in and nothing had changed

12:17 feeding 4 start all 3 sitting up and seeing who's fastest to the bites

12:27 feed continues the 3 still up and willing

12:29 they're done

12:32 BR tried to brood but they aren't cooperating so she digs instead

12:41 shes kinda sorta brooding them

12:53 to 12:56 it was time for a preen for them first then herself

1:13 no change

1:27 BR got up and left chicks all look, the one was ready to eat again little piggy

1:50 feed says she came back now with yet another stick but it doesn't mention a feeding.

2:10 When I looked in she was brooding

2:41 no change from last note but she does have all three under her! and she's nodding off. The feed says "in a demonstration of hawk over matter" Laugh

2:52 EZ arrives I think with chipmunk cause now I can see redish fur right at the bottom of the screen. BR screams him off the nest as usual in about a minute

2:56 feeding 5 is starting with an old prey

2:58 two chicks for the second time today are both trying to swallow an intestine, you can see it from one beak to the other

ommggggggggg wait till you see this!!

2:59 the one chick reaches in and steals the prey tail and all!!!

first shot it's hanging right down to nest, middle shot you can still see just the tip....third it's history!! and the "where'd it go" look on BR was priceless Laugh

3:10 so that feeding was lame with the 2 fighting over 1 bite and the other stealing the whole thing but BR is up so it may continue. Nah she's fighting with a stick and half on the chicks so I don't know whether to even count that. The one ate!! but it's going to be a future pellet for the most part

Out have things to do

The chick in the back of the pile was in front. It stood up, walked around the left side of the pile to the back & then scooted up into the pair. Grin
