you're doing grrrreat my {{{{Tx}}}} hug and we always get different shots so no worries ok? I'd rather see things I missed than not and I'm sure others will too

wow that was odd

8:11 BR came in blocked the view for a sec and right back out as if she delivered something but I don't see anything. Nowww I'd like it pulled back and likely nobody manning it........ohhhhh yes there is!!!

8:15 BR is back and picks up the vole, sweet Ezra doesn't seem to want to get up

8:17 he finally stands after BR had walked all around him and then went to his spot and left. BR had found a piece of what looked like black fur and carried it to the bowl but got on them instead so no feeding and no look at the egg

Great shots. Naoma, love that shot of Ezra. Lori, aren't they just the cutest and it really is getting hard to tell them apart.
Poor # 3 will take some hits for sure in the next couple of weeks. Apparently this is all normal from what the mods and the Lab people say.

no doubt about it Nanc! we know that from all the eaglets we've watched. I suspect these are no different at all besides species and I'm glad they aren't like our overseas ones that practice siblicide....least I hope they don't!

I looked it up Ferruginous and Goshawks are known to have it happen but rarely. RT's were not mentioned...whew!!

Good day of "Hawking" girls. Grin

Nanz.....the mod info is priceless. Nodding........& Lori, i do like Nanz, just scan for the mod's type color & read that instead of all the comments. Much easier to keep up with pertinent info that way. Smile

Out To watch Survivor......which may end up being a good name for #3. Grin

it's too fast moving for my spins you guys so I have to shut it off or else. It's more peaceful and slow moving with the video tab up instead

they aren't naming the chicks my Tx. They said maybe if they ever tagged them they might then but otherwise no. I think a lot do that to limit the humanizing that's so natural for all us to do but moreso when we name them instead of numbers. Personally I bring what I bring no matter what we call them Titter

our girl has her head tucked in to wings for the night...see you guys tomorrow sleepy

I saw the third hawklet!!! BR was feeding before 7 AM and I was watching for a shot of the egg when all of a sudden there were 3 hawklets. Wow! I got s'caps but missed # 3. It was just a split second. BR did not give us a good view of feeding because her back was to us and that means babies are hidden.

According to mods and twitter feed, they saw it clearly around 6:42 AM and my first shot was 6:52 AM.

6:53 AM BR still feeding two hawlets visible and one may be # 3 because BR was still pulling on the prey. No proof of that. I am hoping there will be a s'cap link soon.
