wave Hi Saxe Point Park Eagle Lovers

I just came back from Saxe Point and just as I was leaving the park an eagle came in and landed on top of the tree - first time I have seen one since the last time I posted pictures on March 26. Of couse, I did not take my camera Rant becauise it was threatening rain.

Hello Karen, you got some wonderful shots! Right thumb up That sticky out feather will be a good identifying mark unless it falls out. The combination of sun and low tide this afternoon is going to draw us to go eagle watching. Amazing how the sun can attract us out with camera in hand.

wave Hello Saxe Pointers

Thanks Donna and Stim - got just as lucky today! I just came home from Saxe Point Park where we took the dog. The light was not right because the sun was almost coming straight into the camera until I moved over to the west side of the beach where the sun was behind me.

I'm beginning to think that there might be an eagle sitting on the nest although I haven't seen one in the nest for several weeks.
