Cecilia - huge congratulations! You did it!
As for the Osprey - the Hellgate one has a new guy and I believe the Halifax one has a new pair per Bev.
As for Harmon and his saga - go read it; it is heartwarming. I have never seen the kind of incredibly loving and over the top behavior manifested on this nest. It is worth your time if just looking at the collages.
Jean, glad y'all are OK! Enjoy the rest of your vacation. I have not had enough time to spend at Hellgate as I wished but have helped some.
Hi Donna and everyone else!
i will stop in again when I can......

Ewwww...is that a dead mouse laying belly up...chicks are trying to peck at it without much success while parent watches on. Something else look mostly eaten pointing directly at the camera. Tide is ALLLL the WAAAAYYYY out..never seen it so low...hope to see it come back in. Does it come in a little at a time...or just a few big waves.....can you tell I am a landlubber? right now it looks as if you could walk all across the bay to the city on opposite side...best not to try I bet
MMMMmmmmmm.....fresh cold fish too

Hi Cecelia.....
I assume you are talking about White Rock and no that is a STUFFED CHIPMUNK that the parents brought on the nest. It even has a tag on its behind. I wrote a poem about it which is located at Poetry Corner, click link to view.
forum/viewtopic.php?topic=352644#352644
The parents can not figure out what to do with it......so they keep moving it around.
White Rock is a cool site! Enjoy.....

Good morning, friends!!!
I know you are all very surprised to see me on this early in the morning, but there is a reason - - I haven't been to sleep yet!!! I seem to have been getting to bed later and later every night this week. I finally crawled into bed around 3:45 this morning, but started reading and didn't stop until I finished the book! So, I'm thinking a nap may be in order in a little while.
Mike will be home this weekend, so I guess I'd better start trying to get my nights and days straightened out again. Levi was here last weekend and we got the cars washed. Mike plans to be here most of the week, then take me to Birmingham with him for a HOG rally next weekend. From there, he'll either bring me back home or, if Levi can stay with the girls, he may take me to Huntsville for a while first.
We had our annual year-end chorus party Tuesday night and Merritt was there. She said she really needed to get out and away from all the sadness and talk of funerals and just be with people. We were so glad she felt able to come and she looked really good. Thanks for the prayers that I know all of you said for her and her family!
Donna, I was so sorry to hear about Skye! I know she will be sorely missed! Your flowers are so pretty. How nice that your roses are blooming already this year.
Bev, what a great shot of Kay's cruise ship! And what a wonderful view too! Glad y'all enjoyed your visit together, short as it was.
Jean, y'all sure have had your share of excitement this week! Hope things will calm down now and you can just enjoy the rest of your vacation.
Diane, great news about Faith's collar! Hope Lili will find her man soon! The girls are well - in fact, I'm going to get them up and feed them as soon as I post this.
Sara, that was a wonderful picture of Ma, Pa, and Harmon! So glad they are all back together again. Look forward to hearing about your trip when you have time to tell us.
Cherie, I know what you mean about the heat - it's been muggy here too. Luckily, we have had a couple days of rain though, so it was a little better.
Cecilia, congratulations on your graduation! Great job!
Carolyn, hope all is well at your place. How funny that they have a stuffed chipmunk in the WR nest! That is definitely good fodder for poetry!
I'm off to feed dogs and me and then maybe take a nap! Love all the new smilies, but when are they gonna give us a hummingbird????
Have a good day, y'all!
Barbara
