I had a busy and wonderful day.. the boys are getting so big and all grown up ... they are a delight to be with.... i love hearing about their day and sharing their stories with me... often their friends come here after school also.. it is too funny listening to them all laugh and giggle..

Jean.. The boys still love making cookies with us....it is fun times for sure... would love to see a picture of Knox... i know it is hard not seeing you family more often...

Donna.. I would love to see a picture of your BR... i love getting new towels and dressing mine up... esp . after i house clean it... it looks all new and shiny....wonderful that you have the sound now on the FSV cam..i know know thrilled you are.....

Diane.. Your emails are great.... I sent the pictures over to the boys....sure hope you get relief from all that pain when you see the DR... it is not fair...

Barb.. Are you still celebrating at Chills hope you are not suffering with another bad headache...

Cherie.. Thanks for the update on the Mom Owl....wonderful 40 years of marriage...hope you both have another 40.... we are going to get a bit of snow.. that is how it looks right now....

Loved catching up on everyone's postings...been gone longer than I thought.

Diane...what a thrill to hear everyone is heading home from the hospital. Prayers to continue through the next months though. What happened to Cypress Gardens?? I remember going there when I was about 10 years old.

Loved the Colorado snow pictures...about the closest I have gotten to snow this winter...for us snow lovers...it hasn't been much of a winter this year.

After class on Tuesday...we got to go to the bookstore and pick up our graduation gowns and master's degree hoods (colors). Been waiting a loooooooonnnnnnnggggg time for that collar and can't wait to wear it!!! Hard to believe its coming true after 4 1/2 years. The bookstore gal gave me a gown for 6' instead of for 5'6"....I emailed that I planned on walking tall...but didn't think I could quite manage that tall.

Very windy here in Indiana tonight...got to enjoy a bit of it when we took the 3 Irish babes to a local park/reservoir to let them run like the wind themselves...except for little Molly...she tries to keep up but her old bones hold her down...sound familiar to anyone here

Sorry its been so long...have to get back to homework...not there yet but only 66 days left.

Cecilia I am so happy for you to get your master's degree. It is lots of work but so worth it. There are many ccb folks watching Decorah.

Cherie good to hear from you again. I am eager to hear about momma owl and her little ones. Keep us posted.

Bev the kids really are the most fun. They just grow up too fast. But I like them at every age.

Good Morning Friends!
The site was down this morning and then I had to leave to take Pitina to the vets for her 6 mo check up and blood work. Charles was pleased that all her blood work was in the normal range and her heart and lungs were good. I was happy to see the site back up when I returned. I think I have caught up with posting at the Ozarks so now I have a few mintues to spare to say Hi!

Bev, I will get some pictures of Knox to you. They just had his 1 year old pictures taken and they are really unique. Kind of remind me of the "Old Gang" pictures with Spanky, Alfalfa, etc. Some were done in black and white and others in color.
Yes, I do miss not being close to the kids!!

Donna, enjoy your free day and get lots done! I love free days but just don't seem to be able to keep them free when I have them. We still have tons of yard work to do. Had to put that on hold due to the rains that came in. We had more storms last night but nothing like the end of last week!

Cecilia that will be a big accomplishment when you get your degree. Congratulations!

Cherie congratulations on 40 years!! We will be celebrating 46 years May 7th. Hard to believe, huh!?

Here's a photo of Pitina when we got back from the vets. She got a pretty purple gingham bandana from there. I think the boys were jealous! The little tongue hanging out is her "trade mark"! LOL

Cherie Wow 2 eggs. This is very exciting for all of us.

We are into March and that means many little eaglets hatching.

It is snowing off and on here. I am hoping it blows east and we get very little. In 4 weeks we will be pretty much done with snow. This year I will be very happy that it is no more.
