Bev.... thank you for posting the loon egg for others to see. As you know when we chatted by mail that I had to go get dinner ready. But... I would go in the kitchen and stir... then come back and look... run back to the kitchen and ... stir...


The loons are my most favorite water fowl.. they are beautiful!

Wow Bev..... a lot has been happening with the cams you are keeping watch over! Congratulations on Lil's fledge, the loons first hatch as well as the two hatches at the Hummingbirds nest!

Things are quiet at my nests. The Ozark kids are making me nervous with all their jumping, wingersizing and all. They are all about ready to go, but only they know when the first step will take place for them.
The same goes for the Dunedin Osprey chick. The Hellgate cam is just sitting and waiting for the eggs to hatch. The first egg was laid on May 12th so we have another couple weeks.

Sara glad your Birthday was everything you wished for. What a nice surprise to see everyone at the restuarant!.... even little Jameson!

Cherie glad you didn't get much in the way of bad weather from Beryl.

Carolyn how exciting that the family will be here this weekend. Is Bleu resting up for all the kids wanting to play with her?

Diane glad you are having some decent weather to work outside. Sounds like you and Dennis have a big project ahead of you replacing the deck.

Barbara glad you are enjoying more time with Mike! Not good that you have been sick though. Hope you are feeling better soon!

Jean... Thank you, the both WVa fledglings are back on the nest now.. they had 5 self feedings and Mom fed them a big fish also...I know what you mean about the juvies making your nervous... they will go when you least expect it...don't BLINK..LOL Saw the Dundein Chick today she is gorgeous.. i did baby sit her for two weeks when Auntie Jean was away.... How is Knox ?.. bet he is getting so big...

Sara..I am delighted you had a wonderful BD.. you deserved all of it and more...LOve all the cards and greetings for you also..

Thought I better clarify Sorry, just deleted most of what I just typed - too much information. My son does come Sunday night, but his family on Wed. Reunion is Thursday - Sunday with more family. Son's family here until 20th, son until end of Month to teach physics modeling seminar for 3 weeks (near here).

Carolyn... Gee... the second post was just as confusing as the first.... just in less words. It is hard for anyof us to keep everyone else schedules correct. I know it is hard for me... that is why my calender is full of notes! I get brain farts sometimes!

Jean... I have been so happy to be able to watch thses hawks here at home. I understand completly why you don;t like them near your home. Dennis' sister in TN has 2 tiny dogs and will not not them out in the yard alone either. It is understandable for sure. When you get a chance more vacation photos please...
