I've seen the osprey chicks leave fish a few times at that nest so far Doreen, but one eventually gets up and wanders over for a little more.
"heard rattling around in the attic, then sounded like someone unwrapping a twinkie.....think mom's holding out on the chicks" (on the osprey cam).
I hope your back is feeling better in the morning.
Thanks for the link about the 6 bears being released. That sounds like a perfect release area to give them all a chance to survive.

Good afternoon all,

Lori, thanks for the broadcast report and screencapters


Last week we did have a great temp. around the 30C = 86F. From Monday until Friday afternoon. It was just a week holiday for us.



In the evening the sun go down at 21.15 hour, so it was great to make some pict.

Two cute Call Ducks, they have a small/little bill.


The Bar-headed Goose, saw this time 3 of them. I don`t see this kind often.

The Mute swan family.....so many necks I set my bike in the run away but they where quiet.


All kind of colors...

Saw a juvile Great Crested Grebe......with Mom.



Mom had food.....funny to see this.
