Hello Friends, Wow was that a day filled with eagle watching fun with friends. I got home after dark and checked out some of the photos from all the action today. #2 eaglet flew from one branch to another before I left the nest site this evening. We did not see #1 that fledged first on Tuesday. I do believe it was perched in the cliff of trees across from the nest. One parent flew in with a large fish and took it up into that area. When I left the only one left in the nest was #3 the smallest eaglet. One parent was perched near the nest on a old snag tree. Here are a few photos. This family has been wonderful to watch this nesting season and also to share the experience with Bill, Edna, John, Mark, and George. Smile

Elle, I loved what you wrote for Nora. She was lovely and sounded like she lived a wonderful life with the people she loved. Thanks for sharing with us.Wub

Candy, I will check out that link, thank you for thinking of me.

Thanks Nancy, I'm glad you are enjoying the falcons. Hello

Scott, Thanks for the bear link. Smile

Good evening/morning Hello

Lovely COTD Laurie. Smile

I love the sounds from the Osprey cam too Doreen. Smile Very peaceful, (listening to it as I do k-up.)
Cool s'caps from the cam.
Hoping Donna bear heals up without any problems. Mothers give some of their territory to their female cubs so there are bound to be "disputes" now and then. I don't like the fact that some of the study bears are being forced to move into what seems to be more dangerous areas.

Nice s'cap from the Hornby nest, sweet pic of birthday boy Einstein, and lovely pics of the Vanier nest Judy. Smile
Homes outside of the diking system are on flood alert here.

Great to hear all is A-ok after your root canal elle. Smile
Beautiful pics of Mummy hummy and babies.
Pretty pic of Ian's Mom and wonderful eulogy that you wrote.

Lovely pic of the osprey chicks and parent Nanc. Smile
Such a pretty view from that nest.

Sorry your back is still bothering you Candy. Sad
You may need a bigger hammer for your laptop "repair". Titter
Thanks for the Dutch peregrine link (which works perfectly) & for the ketchup laughs. Smile
Adobe flash probably needs updating again if you aren't getting cams that you used to get. Try and delete the older version before updating.

wave Anna & Rose

Beautiful pics of your now high flying juvies and the parent Linda. Smile
Looking forward to seeing them all.

Hi Nesties! Hello

Scott, thank you for the bear update and our start to the day. Imagine the surprise of the people walking the dogs when they learned about the bear nearby. Titter Lily and Jewel are both so special.
What a great way to start my morning with a drive seeing eagles, Mt. Cheam, and a Peregrine. Thank you so much. hug

Linda, thank you for more joy this morning when I saw the eaglets you posted. It is really great to hear how much fun you had through your adventures with the eagles. hug

Laurie, your COTD is always so much fun to see and enjoy in the morning. Wub

Judy, thank you for the scaps of the eaglets and I love that video. love

Jean, thinking of you and Terry! hug

Lori, thinking of you. Hang on! Hope that heat is on its way out! Wub
