I would rather spend my life close to the birds than wishing I had wings

Good Morning Friends, Well I have to decide between a bike ride or yard work, big decision to make.
Lori, I knew you would love the Grebe, I also caught videos of it and include them in a video I made of the outing. I had to follow it up and down a road as it dived for food. The part that made it tougher was all the fisherman on the shore. They were are very nice and one asked me what do I do with all those photos.
Scott, The weather will be in the 80F today. That is the way it is around this area, spring does come early, but generally not this warm. I love Herbie!!!!! The capture of all their feet was so adorable. I pray that all goes well for them in their journey in the real world soon.
Hello Donna
Naoma, What adorbale dogs, I can see why you cut your grass. Mine is ready too my friend.
Annie, I bet you are tired my freind, congratulations on the birth of WR's eagle pair first egg.
I made this video from the past couple days in the Great Outdoors, the Pie-billed Grebe is in it.
Spring Has Sprung
The female Mute Swan was trying to fall asleep, they are such peaceful birds and so unafraid of humans. I'm not sure that is such a good way to be. The juvenile was no where in site the last two visits, so I hope that means it is flying high in it's journey of life.
The last time I saw the young Mute Swan last week, it was almost like it was telling me good bye. Good Byes can be very hard, but it is all part of nature and life.
Remembering almost a year ago, last May.

I know he will do well, he was big and strong and very independent. I worried more about the little female the year before, she was so sweet. I'm sure she has found a mate and her journey continues too.
Hello Candy, Thanks for the link, it is not a good think, but I did know that the American Indians have that legal right. I do believe that law should be changed.
