Judy I've not gone back but I check the "latest posts" tab and you can read part of the last post without going there. Starting yesterday parent was feeding our baby to the other two. They said that would happen but that's the first I've read about it. How freakin' disgusting is that??? I won't go back and watch them now for sure, silly cause it's the way it's supposed to be I suppose but it's me

ackkkkkkkkkk Linda to the nutcase!!

great news Iona! Clapping

Hi Everyone Hello

Linda, glad you are removing your picture and carrying bear spray. That guy sounded strange. Most men would know that was a threatening thing to do. I hope you carry a cellphone also.

Scott, thanks for our start. Loved reading about Honey and Lucky. Titter

Naoma, good advice for Linda. I think all of us have been in situations where we felt uncomfortable and it is a reminder to pay attention. hug

Lori, glad you are going to take it easy today.
Thinking of you.
Thanks for the condor link. Love them.

Iona, I sure hope the student continues to improve. What a terrible thing. Cry

My daughter and DIL took 3 of the grandchildren down to Lake Morton to feed the swans, so I grabbed the camera. The swans are aggressive so you have to stay on your toes with the children. When I go there I never have food so they never approach me.
A mute swan and coot were together.

There were still White Pelicans there.

check out #4 she is a real beauty I'd like to post a recent picture of #4 Dede but it is forbidden have to wait to take my own scapes#4 remin ds me on mum Decorah in the looks departmentLeft thumb up

I don't believe Lori that the adults were feeding the two other siblings Lil Bits because eagles are not Buzzards but they were covering him with grasses to hide his body and that is why he is slowly disappearing because he is under the nest grasses my opinion

Oh Iona I'm so sorry it must be hard to see these little darlings take their last breath Faint

Nancy lovely photos...you take some magnigicent captures Smile

{{{{{{{{{JudyH}}}}}}}}}} wooooohooooooooo to seeing you back! hug I did some nestorations on your branch to make it nice and comfy...do you like it? Titter Now we have to get to work on a nickname cause we already have a Judy, just watch it won't take long before you have a new handle Laugh We cover it all girlfriend and I'm looking forward to see what all your interests and stuff are!

Lori... I love the cozy nestorations you made on my branch. Thanks...hehe You may have noticed some cozy additions that I made to your branch. I am sure in time, a new handle for me will naturally grow like the spring buds on my branch.

You all are so kewl!!!! (I sound like my 20 year old dearest son Kameron) Now, if I could just remember everyone else's name in here without having to scroll back... I am one bright birdie at 53, but good gawd... my memory sucks.... Thank you for all the HI's from you kewl people who welcomed me, and as I said before, to those of you who haven't had a chance to yet... Smile

So, what is on my mind right now, as is probably the case for many/most of you.... is all the happenings at the nests.... We are experiencing drama, grief, excitement, joy, relief, frustration, shock ....... Plus all the crazy intruder attacks that seem to becoming more prevalent than ever... I am losing more sleep than my college years, my house is a fricking mess, all my lovely plants that are in my greenhouse are in need of some tlc, I am a dog behaviorist/trainer (30 years) and my puppy is out of control (not really, but she is acting out haha)... and just because I LOVE EAGLES... and my life is unmanageable because of these most precious and beautiful and intriguing creatures.... Okay... I admit it... My name is JudyH and I am an Eagleholic... My first eagle experience was.... hehe

Anyhoo... I need to go.... I have to get back to .....the eagles.... See you real soon.
