Hi Lori.... (it was a nice pm exchange with you and it is nice running in to you in other threads) and hi to everyone else who said "hey" to me...and all those who will say hi to me in the future... (at this point I am just trying to remember who many of you all are... like you all can relate, huh? ) Thank you for the warm mantling.
Reading back through all of your posts from the past few days have really touched me (with all the trauma in some of the nests) and made me see why you are all really here....and why I am liking visiting here...it is for our love of eagles and how they touch our hearts and affect our beings. This love brings everyone together to share our everyday lives.... and when something happens to our beloved eagles, it brings us together even closer and makes us FEEL even deeper... we are human and we need to feel... even if it hurts... but we also need a place to share it and know that people care... Oh geesh,, I am getting a little to deep for my first "real" post here.
So, I will just end by saying... I am looking forward to visiting again...and again... I may be a bit slow to "let loose"... but seeing how you guys "toy" with each other...who knows... hehe See you soon...

Good Morning My Dear Friends,
Lori, I understand how you feel and time is the answer my friend, as I'm sure you know. What is wonderful is that we are all here for each other through the good and the bad.
Annie, Judy, and Dede, thanks for the wonderful eagle nest photos. Dede, It is really exciting to see that Decorah has three eggs now. They are wonderful parents and are experienced at taking care of three eaglets. Annie, I hope your beloved pair lays their first egg soon too. Judy, It is very confusing at NBG, I am still hoping that there will be eaglets there this year.
Naoma, That is awesome that Kasey is off for a diving adventure. Thanks for the link, I'm heading that way next.
Tweet, Wonderful eagle statue for your patio.
Judy H, It is great to see you stop by again. Your words are so true and thanks for sharing them with us. I look forward to seeing you stop in again.
Scott, What an awesome photo of the cubs and Jewel, I love seeing the cubs with their eyes wide open.
Hello Elle, I will be checking the whale link out also, thanks for sharing it with us my friend.
Hello Candy, I hope it starts warming up in your area soon, we are warming up into the 70F and higher this week.
I'm heading for the Great Outdoors today, it is sunny and going to reach the 60F. I will check back in later. I did speak with Sarah yesterday and we will be meeting on Monday morning for a photo of myself and the eagle photo for the news paper. I also found out that I will get two $250 gift certificates for Alton's shopping Mall. I will have to take Marinda with me.

Good Morning Nanc & Linda! How nice you both have those granddaughters, big and small, to share something special with. Wildlife viewing or shopping spree -- so fun to hear about those special moments. Making me miss Tess!!!!!!!!!
Hope everyone enjoys their day. I'm off to see MIL in Boulder. She is beginning hospice care at her assisted living because she has been having a dreadful issue with dysphagia. Going to take her a big bunch of daffodils. It's been a rough last two weeks....

I would rather spend my life close to the birds than wishing I had wings
