Good morning eagle lovers who visit.

We have seen a lot of eagles in our area this morning, it started off with seeing the two mature eagles who fly over our house heading to the water. Then I saw one Stalashen eagle in the tree and was lucky to see the other one fly in. I saw two eagles in a tree close by but before I got my camera one of them had flown away - that was a pity because they were at different stages of development. Here is a picture of one of them.

I then spotted one in a tree in the distance. Later another one joined it.

9:54a.m. The last picture on this page is the same eagle in the tree but now a mature eagle has joined it, unfortunately the sun is not shining when this pic was taken.

Marg, I think you and Earl should take a walk in the area behind your house, because I'll bet there is an eagle nest there Wink I'm always amazed at what good pictures you take through your telescope :thumrht: Nice to see the juvy in the tree with the adult perched nearby; maybe it is one of theirs Smile

David and I have spoken of wanting to walk in the area above your house. Want to plan a day we can go together? Safety in numbers?

Thanks for your comments Kay and Sandra.:hello: We've lived here 18 and a half years, we've walked there many times hiking in for over an hour each way. Kay, there are a lot of wild animals there especially bears so you have to pick the right time and have the proper "equipment" Don't Panic with you. Sandra and David, yes, it's true safety in numbers we'll plan something.
