wave Yes Marg, it looks like a good sized eaglet. Thankfully you can see through the telescope and assure us! Very Happy I'm still amazed you can see an eaglet from that distance. Wooh

Good morning everyone.Hello

May 21, 2012

7:17a.m. Stalashen nest. We took our telescope out on the deck and managed a couple of pics but then we started to get a few drops of rain.Sad I saw Ma and Pa there one in the nest one in the tree. The one in the nest looked like it was preparing something for the eaglet to eat. I then saw a feeding.

Mr. SC is given the honour of naming our one and only eaglet in our Stalashen nest, he has chosen the name PacerClapping Click2X you then will make out the eaglet.

Good to see through your telescope that both parents continue to tend to Pacer. Red Heart

Well done Earl! 'Pacer' sounds like a calm but strong name!

Hi ED, John, thank you. I just read your post to Mr. SC he said to tell you that was the type of plane he flew when he was in his late teens PACER.

I looked at the Stalashen Nest at 8pm, I couldn't see Pacer but Ma/Pa(?) was in the tree.Laugh

wave Thanks for the update Marg. Left thumb up That teeter totter looks like fun! I was at the nest yesterday but couldn't get my camera to work. It turns out David had forgotten to replace the recharged battery! Oh My There was movement visible in the nest, a white head I think but was hoping for a picture of a grey one as well. Grin
Oh well, will try again. Nodding
