Well done Marg! I've never heard an eaglet vocalize while in the nest there. That lady's input was very encouraging. Hopefully the weather will improve with spring for more picture taking.

Sandra, it's good when we see the neighbours we find out more about what's going on. Hi gd and Tina, glad you stopped by, yes we are thrilled to know that there are possibly two.

When the sun erupted and temp started to rise yesterday I had to grab the camera and head to our nest. You might have to look closely at the first pic to determine what I took it of. No bobbing seen, so maybe a self feed at the end of feeding the kiddies?


Then the white head appeared, higher than it used to be on the eggs.


Ma's been decorating for spring.


No sign of other adult anywhere.

Glad you got down to the Stalashen nest Sandra, once again interesting shots, I like the decoration certainly looks "springlike".

When we look from our house most times Ma/Pa sits on the rim of the nest feeding. It is getting difficult now to see clearly as the leaves are coming out on the trees in front of the nest. When the weather gets better we'll take the telescope out on our deck. I've observed quite a few feedings.

8:39a.m. checked the Stalashen nest and I saw one eagle in the nest then I saw a dolphin in the water close to the nest area then another dolphin surfaced! Will check to see if I got it on the camera. Our son saw them also. One eagle flew out of the tree then the other flew out of the nest. Chicks were alone for 5 mins before one returned.

Awesome spotting Marg! I sure hope they show up in your captures. Hard to say if they will.
