WinkCal, One osprey is still standing out to the right on the pole which is horizonal with the nest. We can only see a bit of that bird at the moment.

I think we need name tags on these guys Titter. It's too difficult to tell them apart at times.
I haven't been sitting in front of the computer for long periods of time like I did last year. That will come later when the chick-lets arrive.

Oh, okay, Jude, thanks. Wow - the water level looks high from the cam view and it's windy. Pretty sure that it's Dad on the nest now, 8:25 am. Believe that he has a lighter face than Mom and also a much lighter breast.

Was just thinking of the "Head Study" that BET has posted on the Calgary Osprey thread. It's great!

Mug of coffeeGood Morning Cal, Yes mom is really pretty posing for the cam.
They really are beautiful birds.
Mom is simply sitting in the nest, laying low, maybe waiting for pops to come by again.

11:13am Not much going on at the nest. Mom is still laying on the eggs. The weather is cold, windy and cloudy with showers. It's raining now at the nest.

4:10pm~I think it's mom laying low in the nest. The wind has picked up. The temperature today is barely in the 40*'s The nest is swaying back & forth but the osprey don't seem to mind it at all.

Cold morning at Ayer's. Mom is still low in the nest keeping her egg(s) warm. The sun is just touching her face as it rises over the edge of the nest. The wind is calm now but the weatherman says it will be a very windy day.
