Hey Karen! :hello:

Guess my geography isn't so bad after all! What a beautiful view you have! Booooo...hisssss...if the neighbor decides to sell to a developer. That would be awful to lose that view. Sad

You're welcome for the links. Grin It's too bad the Hawk cam doesn't have an infrared cam...but maybe that's a good thing too...I have to sleep sometime. Titter

Good morning Karen! :hello:

Nice photos of the Cooper's Hawk! I don't know one hawk from another and *ahem* the only reason I know a Red-Tailed is by the...um...red tail. LOL I've seen a few around here. They're a good size bird, too.

I looked at your post, and I can tell you why the same picture showed up twice. Instead of a '3' in the 'file' brackets, you had another '2' there.

You must have a very nice camera to get the shots you're getting! Mine is on the fritz...I can only take macro shots right now. That's good if I want to photograph flowers or such, but not for long shots. My daughter is supposed to try and figure out why it's gone haywire on me.

Spring has definitely sprung around here! My car is silver and when I went out to take my son to work, it was covered in a light green haze....and tiny dots of sap. The pollen from the trees made it an odd color. Roll eyes So as soon as I dropped him off, it was a trip to the car wash to get the little owlmobile clean again. Now if I could just talk someone into cleaning the inside!

wave Good Morning Hornby Friends

Nightowl, my camera is a Nikon Coolpix P500 with a 36 X zoom. It is not an expensive camera. I think the 2010 hawk pictures was taken with the Nikon P90 camera I had previously. It is a great little camera because you don't have to carry around a lot of equipment. However, I'm not having much luck with flying eagles - I'm not fast enough to catch them. I love your cat this morning!

You may be right about the way I posted the pictures yesterday.

Spring has definitely sprung around here - the whole world is blooming!
