Ma had flown off in the direction of the nest then Pa flew down to the beach. I took this pic and the following ones from the bushes above the beach.

Pa snatched up a small fish (looked like a Midshipman) and flew off in the direction of the nest. Click bigger.

Visited Pat Bay yesterday and was bound and determined to find a midshipman while out beachcombing at low tide. Someone with much better eyesight saw one before I did. Smile
Here's Ma zooming out for the catch and then delivering it back to the nest. Thanks to Ian for capturing that surprise visit from Ma Bravo

And then Pa came out to have a look, too. Pix can be clicked.

P.S. We definitely saw 2 eaglets in the nest. Others have reported seeing 3.Don't Know Time will tell because they are getting so big at first I thought it was Ma I saw perched at the side of the nest and it was actually one of the kids!

One more from yesterday and a cropped version of Pa. I just love the open beak and visible tongue.

Nice house in the distance. Wish I could say it was mine.

Awww ..gosh Elle and Kay, your visits make me yearn to go visit myself...I will go, but not before my daughters wedding July 13th, by then the chicks will probably have fledged, but I'll still beable to see precious Ma and Pa!

Thanks to Ian as well for the video of Ma with the midshipmen....they look alot like a very colorful bullhead to meTongue
