Hello AllHello Cheers Two babies now! And they are so adorable Wub Love watching the feedings and the bobbling little heads... both appeared to take in food this last feeding!

2:12 Dad arrives. Mom gets up and stretches. They both look like they're following something.

2:37 to 2:42 Parent is up and moves about a bit. The eaglets are bobbing up and down. Parent, I think mom, begins to feed. One has more trouble staying upright. They are both fed and parent settles down again.

I may have noticed a bit of pecking from the let that ate more.

3:21 Mom calling out loudly, jumps up wings still stretched to cover eaglets. She looked like she was ready to leap at some unseen ? Most likely an intruder much to close to the nest. She was still upset after the quick interlude with the intruder. I then took this pic, but she is much calmer.....

Things seemed to quiet down and I watched another 5 min. as she pulled bedding closer to her and covered the eaglets.

Good catch Donna.. I am wondering if the food is attracting intruders..i have seen that happen at other nests.. just a thought...

Yes, Donna, as Bev said, good catch. I had seen some of it out of the corner of my (darn job gets in the way...) but couldn't get any s'caps. She looked sooooo upset!
