Bev, wonderful job getting all those great s'caps of the delivery this morning I missed the delivery but did manage to record a video of the eggs and Phoebe returning to her nest to incubate.

Phoebe keeps busy flying in and out of her nest... adding fluff, spreading spider webs, rolling the eggs and incubating them...

Bev, I was watching and recording while 'Quiz' was there. There was another person who was walking up and down the path before Quiz showed up on the cam. Phoebe was very aware of the humans around her nest and was flitting in and out. I didn't have the sound on but there was a lot of talking going on. I'll be back to post the next videos that show another hummer flying around Phoebe's nest and Quiz photographing Phoebe and waving.

WOW! Kay.. Thank you for your videos... that was Pungh the Host of the cam in the white pants... Quiz reported seeing a Male hummer ( Daddy ) in the yucca tree close by but not going near the nest... Phoebe was going back and forth trying to get him to leave...Female hummingbirds do not let male hummingbirds near a nest because the male hummingbird's bright colors might alert predators in the nest area...

Bev, thanks for the info on the 'humans' in the video. Here is a short video of Phoebe returning to her nest with some nesting material and you can see the other hummer flying around past her nest.
