Phoebe is lifting up a bit in the nest.. can see her concentrating and her back muscles are contracting

Phoebe is lifting up more in the nest bowl.. can see her moving a bit..

8:33am-8:34am
Phoebe is standing in the nest leaning forward...can see her pushing.. back muscles are contracting... come on sweetie.. you can do this..

Phoebe is standing in the nest.. leaning forward .. pushing harder.. can see her tail feathers spreading a bit..

Phoebe is standing.. is leaning forward and pushing.... almost tipping the nest..

Can see Phoebe's body muscles tightening and she is pushing harder.. she lays the egg... gets up in the nest.. looking down at it like the proud mama that she is and moving it with her beak

Good morning Bev, Gail & Doreen. I put the cam on awhile ago and woohoo, there was an egg

Phoebe returned to incubate and I recorded 2 short videos of her arriving, incubating and leaving again.
