Quote by: urdognuDT and dad just mated, will she still permit a mating if she has an egg already forming??? Does anyone know about this? Thanks
Hi JudyH...Lori was absolutely correct in her answer to you. I just wanted to add that the Decorah pair was still mating between their three eggs and now that they are all layed ...they are still at it!! A very frisky pair!!
ETA...my avatar is Mom Norfolk and it will stay right there for a year...til April 26th.

FYI I just read this on chat:
Shoebutton♥:
Get a text message or email when there's a major event at the nest. Go to http://www.wvec.com/text to sign up. Check the Eagle Cam box under the "news" category. It's a free service from WVEC.com.

4.13 Not eagles...rather eagle watchers/photographers. I want to be there!!! I wonder what they are all looking at in that direction, which is the opposite direction of the nest.
