Hi everybody :hello: time for my stop-in on ya'll

I was really pulling for DT in a big way but I was thinking earlier how with each female Pa is getting the fitter of them to have won. Surely the silver lining in all this will be a perfect, strong and fit female as his partner. Wub I'd sure love to see peace so they can get to the business of making more eagles.

all the best to this nest and all who watch fingers crossed

Hello everyone..I logged on at the right time this is what I observed.. Dad was on the nest around 6:30 . Dad was moving some sticks around and in flies I believe now is his new mate. Eagle number four.. After last night she's now allowed to stay on the nest with him. Series pictures showing mating.. Hanging out together..

Chaos reigns - as I started to prep captures, Ava climbed up on the back of the recliner chair and then across to the top of the side cabinet. Knocked my coffee cup off and I about fell trying to get to her before she knocked the lamp off or fell to the floor herself.

While doing the rescue op Dad bred #4 - stopped my recording to capture the images

Oh this warms my heart. I realized today all I wished was for him to finally get a mate that he wishes to have. This looks promising so BET thanks for the captures (you made my day) and Starr, do you really believe he believes that she cleans fish? He probably does not care as long as she can bring in the bedding, shake it out, lay some eggs, fend off all intruders, make sure little ones are covered properly, play nicely with him and be a sweet eagle when with him.

Dad flew off, 4 lay down in the nest bowl, then up to the love branch. Dad flew back to the nest with a new stick at 5:56pm

4 flew down to nest to assist then back up to love branch while Dad continued fussing with the nest material. She chattered at him and he flew up to the branch. They had a verbal confrontation. Watching something below.

Dad moved over to the other side of the Y and she became quite submissive

At this point - I am not sure of the sequence as I was preping the photos. Dad flew off and she remains on the love branch.

I am out for a bit - my zoo calls.
