1:06pm ~ pa back at nest. Still no sign of our little DT.

I'm not sure what has been happening in the last couple of hours. Have had to do some home and dog chores

Dad is lying in the nest bowl - first time today according to Reese Lukei



He reached over and pulled a bit of greenery up towards his chest. He still kept a wary eye on the surrounding area. Stood up after a couple of minutes and is now looking over the area back of the nest

On top of everything else poor dad has to tend to a pesky squirrel invading the nest.

3:18pm ~ kind of hard to see the little guy hiding underneath the nest. Guess he hopped up to the nest not expecting to see dad and immediately scampered to safety.


3:19p ~ dad on the lookout for the little guy. Don't think it is a good time to be messing with dad

I sure wish someone would spot DT but relieved to see dad looking so good!

3:11 - 3:15pm

DAd was reclining in the nest bowl when he suddenly leaped up and peered over the far right side of the nest


Then swiveled to look over the back - fly hopped to the front


Watching back and forth at the lower nest area


The resident of the basement apartment was scurrying about. I only saw one flicker of his movement, could not bring up his image. He did give Dad some amusement (well brought the viewers amusement)
