Hi All!
Beautiful screen captures of these delightful eagles. It's great to see them in action long before nesting time.
As far as having one on the branch and seeing the nest too, that is a new view correct?

What a wonderful morning of s'caps and descriptions. These 2 do seem to be very enthusiastic about getting the nest in ship-shape.
We are fortunate to have this fine view of them and I can't wait to see what we get when the new cam is ready.
2:50pm squawky call nearby.
3:24pm other than a couple of other calls that may or my not have been an eagle, there is no activity at the nest.
It may be starting to rain... we were predicted to have heavy rain starting in the morning.. but it is late getting here.
OUT
I came for the eagles, and stayed for the friends I made

9:00 am Pa back in on the nest with a huge pile of moss like stuff in his beak stays but a moment and is gone again.
Newbie this is the same pair as last year. Ma has a white spot on her left shouder(front) and is broader in stature. Pa has a narrower body and a more slender build. After watching for awhile you will figure it out. I still get them wrong from time to time. Females usually have a broader beak area too. I don't know what else to tell you. Ma's legs are a little shorter as well. Maybe someone with more knowledge can let you know.
and Good Morning
