It is still quite dark but Mom is awake. She has been poking about and preening for a few minutes and has now just tucked her head in her wings and appears to have gone to sleep.

6:01 a.m.
Mom called out --- possibly a signal to Dad that all is well ---- or to get home so she can have a break .

Mom rolled her eggs but always manages to keep the eggs out of our view. She didn't seem to do a lot of digging around the eggs but she also hasn't shown any indication that there may be a hatch underway.
