I've decided that there must be a conspiracy. These two really don't like being on camera together! Since most of the posts today are out of sync, I don't feel so bad that these are really late ;-)

Early this morning, a squashed looking Ma rolls her eggs.

Looks like an intruder was flying past and being warned off (video shows it lasted around a minute).

Of course - just to prove me wrong, 10 mins after I posted this, there they were together, MOCKING me

Approx. 6pm, arrival from above.

Popping in to check the eagles on my lunch break.
It looks like a beautiful sunny morning in Delta.

Does anyone happen to know what that prey item is on the lower right rim of the nest. It wasn't there last evening.

Adult is up and looking in all directions. I think this is Dad
Is not touching that black and white prey item. Odd that it has adult eagle feather colors.

10:21 a.m.
Adult flew off. Eggs are left alone.

10:22 a.m.
Adult returns to the nest and looks around. Not sure if this is the same eagle or if there was a switch.

10:24 a.m.
Adult now incubating the eggs.

out to work again.

Adult (Dad, long neck) brooding with his beak open..... it's a lovely sunny but coolish day.

Jkr, re the prey item on the right side of the nest, looks like a bird with white patches on the wing .
